All credit card orders must included the CVN number. The Card Verification Number (CVN) is a 3-digit number found on the signature panel on the back of your credit card. It is an additional safeguard that helps us validate your purchase and protect against fraud. It is not contained in the magnetic stripe information and is therefore not printed on sales receipts. For simplicity, the CVN is always the last 3 digits shown on the signature panel. The CVN is not currently featured on Switch cards. Your order cannot be processed in the absence of a valid CVN. Once your order has been processed your CVN will no longer be held on file.

Our preferred method of shipping all orders is the United States Postal Service. This method is usually quicker and also a less expensive method for you. All orders are sent with a tracking number and you will be notified of this tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
